Because the core NGUMU app is free, this policy applies only to paid Pro and Team subscriptions.

14-day guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.

Cancel any time. You'll retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period; renewals after cancellation are not billed.

Annual plans are refunded pro-rata for the unused portion within the first 30 days.
